"air route" in the sky high.
The image means our global moving services, based on Ocean and Air transport services which
reach to foreign countries.

Since "opening the port to abroad" in Meiji era, Yokohama was a port town, and it is also called
"an main gate to Japan from
the sea. Recently, City of Yokohama became the second largest city in Japan by means of the
population.
Yokohama is being the one of the most important cities in Japan following to Tokyo, for coming
21st century.

＜ Company brief history ＞
This company was established in November 1976 to do handle ONLY moving (relocation) business
by DOOR-TO-DOOR
service using a know-how of combined international direct transport.
At that time, there were very limited Japanese peoples who were diplomats and trading firm
business men, went to
to foreign coutries and there were very few foreigners in Japan either.
But, a founder of the company estimated Japan's internationalization will be very sharp.
The founder immediately
set up foreign branch offices' net works and began to services of movings for foreigners in
apan.
Especially, regarding to moving services for foreigners in Japan, we had many experiences thru
our foreign moving
department who whole handled lots of relocation services for U.S. militry service men and
families just after W.W.II.
At the same time, we were licensed by FMC(Federal Maritime Commission), ICC-MC(Inter-states
Chambers of Commers-Motor Carrier)
in the U.S. when no the other Japanese firms could get it in the U.S. at that time.
After U.S. military personells went back to home town, our main business incomes were brought
from moving services for
commercial companies' business for relocations from European countries and U.S.A.
In mid-60s', Japan's economic producers unblievably grew up (which was called "Japan's miracle")
and their expansions
reached to abroad. The needs of moving transportations was bigger and bigger in mid-70's.
The company decided to do much better services and rapid & safe transports by our own staff.
in 1982, they established branch offices in South East Asian countries, and they became a
pioneer for the moving
industries in the rigeon. Shortly after the projects, we expanded to North America making an
agent contracts with
the world largest moving company Allied Van Lines at that time and Atlas Van Lines.
In Europe, since 1985 we were opening offices in Great Britain and Germany. In 1993, the merge
of Europen Economic
Commity as "European Union"(EU), Eastern European countries shifted to open market economy will
be the big
business opportunities for our businesses, we believe.
In June 1996, we changed our trading name from former JEURO-PAK Inc. to Yokohama System Mover
Co.,Ltd. and we made all of
our branch offices abroad independent subsidary companies to do offer more high sofisticated
services and for expansions of
powerful strategies.
We have sent direct representatives for those foreign subsidary companies to do sensitive better
services.
